How do I return?

You have a full 14-day right of return on all items from the date of receipt. The item must be in unbroken packaging and returned in the same condition as received, and it must be in such a condition that we can sell the item as new again without any problems. If the item has lost value due to your use of it in a way other than necessary to determine the nature of the item, you can only receive a partial refund. The amount you can receive back depends on the commercial value of the item. If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that in the event of cancellation, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. Remember to get a receipt for sending the package, as this serves as proof of your return.

MasterCubeStore does not accept packages sent cash on delivery. You are responsible for the shipping cost when returning items. We do not provide return labels.

Refund of the amount

You will receive an email when we have received your return, and the amount will be refunded to the card used for the purchase within 5-7 business days. During busy periods, the processing time may be slightly longer.

Gift Exchange
